The terms on which this website is provided - what the online catalogue does and does not promise, how rough orders work, and the limits of what we supply.
Last updated: 25 July 2026
This website is published by Rajguru Enterprise, an automobile spare parts distributor in Mumbai trading since 1993. By using it you accept the terms below. If you do not, please just use the phone number instead - it works well.
We supply spare parts for two-wheelers and three-wheelers only. We do not stock or supply four-wheeler, car, commercial vehicle or industrial parts, and we would rather tell you that here than waste your journey.
The catalogue lists part numbers we deal in. It is not a real-time inventory system and it does not show prices. A part appearing in the catalogue does not guarantee it is on the shelf today, and descriptions, part codes and brand groupings may contain errors or may be superseded by the manufacturer.
Always confirm availability and price with us before relying on either. Send the part code by phone or WhatsApp and we will confirm, usually the same working day.
Placing items in the cart and submitting a rough order, or sending an enquiry through the contact form, is a request for supply. It is not a purchase, no payment is taken through this site, and it does not form a binding contract. A sale exists only once we have confirmed the parts, the quantities and the price with you, and issued an invoice. We may decline or partially fill any request - most often because a line is out of stock.
Wholesale and trade pricing depends on the account and the volume, and is quoted to you directly. All supply is against GST invoicing. Credit terms, where offered, are on approval and are agreed separately in writing. Nothing on this website is a price offer.
Brand names and logos shown on this site - including Uno Minda, Spark Minda, Varroc, Endurance, Goetze, Lumax, Remsons, Rockman, Ferodo, UCAL, FCC, D.I.D, Champion, Monroe, DRiV, Hero and Honda - are the property of their respective owners. They appear here to identify the parts and brands we distribute and stock. Nothing on this site claims ownership of them or implies any endorsement beyond our distribution and stockist relationships.
Parts carry the manufacturer's own warranty, where one applies, on the manufacturer's terms. We will help you raise a warranty claim with the manufacturer. Fitment is the responsibility of the person fitting the part: guidance on this site, including the blog, is general trade information written from counter experience and is not a substitute for the vehicle's service manual or a qualified mechanic.
The site is provided as it is. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or current. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the catalogue, from a part being unavailable, or from the site being down. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Where we link to a third-party site, such as Google Maps for directions or WhatsApp for messaging, we do not control that site and are not responsible for it.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date shown above.
