How Rajguru Enterprise handles the information you send through this website - what we collect, where it is stored, how long we keep it and who we share it with.

This policy covers Rajguru Enterprise ("we", "us"), an automobile spare parts distributor with offices at Lamington Road and Grant Road, Mumbai, and it covers this website only. It explains what information reaches us when you use the site, what we do with it, and what we do not do with it.
There are exactly two places on this site where you can send us information, and both are optional:
That is the whole list. We do not ask for and have no use for your address, date of birth, PAN, GST number, bank details or any payment information. Nothing is charged through this website - pricing and payment happen offline, at the counter or against an invoice.
This site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting, which keeps standard server request logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, browser user-agent) as every web server does. We do not run advertising trackers, remarketing pixels or third-party analytics profiling on this site. If we add web analytics later, this section will be updated before it goes live, not after.
The site stores three items in your browser's own local storage. These stay on your device, are not sent to us, and you can clear them at any time through your browser settings:
rg-cart - the parts currently in your cart, so they survive a page reload.rg-theme - whether you chose light or dark mode.rg-customer - the name and number you last typed, so you do not retype them.We use what you send for one purpose: to answer you. That means confirming stock, quoting a price, arranging a pickup or delivery, and following up if we could not reach you the first time. We do not send marketing messages to numbers collected here, and we do not add you to a list.
Enquiries and rough orders are kept as long as they are commercially useful as a record of dealings with a customer, and then deleted. If you want your enquiry deleted sooner, ask us and we will delete it.
Enquiries and rough orders are written to Google Cloud Firestore in Google's asia-south1 (Mumbai) region, inside a project we control. Access to read them is restricted to a single authenticated administrator account by server-side security rules; the data is not readable by other visitors to this site.
Nobody, with two narrow exceptions. First, our hosting and database provider (Google) processes the data on our behalf as an infrastructure provider. Second, we would disclose information if we were legally required to. We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise pass on your contact details to anyone, including other suppliers and directories.
If you choose to contact us by WhatsApp or telephone instead of the form, that conversation happens on those services and is governed by their own terms as well as this policy.
The site is served only over HTTPS and carries a strict Content-Security-Policy along with other standard protective headers. Database writes are validated server-side and reads are locked to the administrator account. That said, no website can promise absolute security, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise.
This is a business-to-business and trade supply website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If what we do changes, this page changes with it and the "last updated" date above moves. We will not quietly broaden what we collect.
